PROPERTY
We moved a couple months ago – my husband’s job got downsized
out and there was just nothing else there. We are currently in
VA to be near family. Anyhow, our place there on Rt 45 in
Marion Junction is for sale. Was wondering if you could help
pass the word to the ALQHA and other horse people you know. We
got a really nice horse place set up with the intention of
staying… So much for the best laid plans. We built a new (2nd
) barn that will hold 5 stalls, we installed 3 of them with
sliding doors, stall mats, etc, all with orion stall lights
suitable for breeding or show uses. The original barn has a
nice locking tack room, cross tie area, etc. We added Centaur
Htp fencing, a 100x200 foot ring, a 60 foot round pen, (both
rings have sand) and I put an additional rope gate entrance to
practice trail as you go in and out. There is 21 acres with
plenty of room. There is also a wood shop and 1 car garage in
the back that my husband rebuilt and re-roofed. Pear trees,
pecan trees, plum trees and lots of flowers. Of course there is
a 3 BR/2BA house with sunroom too!
