In Honor of Raynell Fetner, who was active in quarter horse shows from 1985 thru 2008. In the earlier years she would haul her daughter Joye to shows.  When Joye left for college, Raynell took up showing and really did very well.  She and her horse "Zipporah" (ZR for short) had come together as a team and had accomplished great things over the past few years. She was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer the first of Dec 2008. After fighting a tough fight with many tears and prayers, she died on Sept 2 ,2009.

Joye has told us that her daughter Katie started riding horses one month before her "Nana" died. Joye says her mothers face was filled with joy when she saw her granddaughter following in footsteps filled with a love for horses. Katie is going to show some in 2010 at some small shows, but in her Nana's memory, look for Katie and Zipporah in 2011 at Alabama Quarter Horse shows.
